Earn rewards on purchases made while you are signed in.

How do I earn rewards?

Create an account or sign in before you check out. Purchases on that account are the ones that earn rewards. A guest checkout is not attached to a rewards balance.

Where do I see my balance?

Sign in and open your account. The balance tied to that email is the one we use. If you do not see a recent order, sign out and back in, then check again.

How do I use rewards?

Rewards are redeemed on a later order as a discount or store credit. Apply them before you pay. They are not combined with a price match, and they cannot be moved to another person's account.

Which orders count?

• Paid orders on your signed-in account count after the order is accepted.
• Cancelled orders and refunded items do not keep the rewards from that purchase.
• Orders placed on customer hold still earn rewards, because the purchase is already paid. Shipping the hold later does not earn them a second time.
