Refund policy

Returns

Game Nerdz accepts a return within 30 days after delivery.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Sealed trading cards that have been opened are not eligible for a return based on buyer's remorse.

After the return is received, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

The customer pays return shipping, unless the item is defective or the error is ours.
